Mrach 2011 Update Once upon a time, there was a website called netcar, which, offered enthusiasts and owners the opportunity to advertise their surplus parts. The format was lineage with no provision for photgraphs but it was free! In those halcyon days, sourcing 'spares cars' was easy and just about every week, I had an advert that was very often one third of a page with everything anybody could possibly want, from engines, through subframes to rear axles and plenty of alloy wheels. Today, stocks of 9000 parts are finally running very low. The passage of time merely underscores the fact that we had a quantity of parts left despite not having broken a 9000 in more than 2 years. Some parts have deteriorated in storage but we will not sell on parts that we would not use on our own cars. Quality is everything! Unlike other concerns, serioussaab only breaks cars as a last resort. We endeavour to dismantle vehicles in an environmentally responsible manner, while recycling as much as possible. Hanging onto parts probably means that we can achieve a higher percentage of parts reused than a commercial concern. In this way, cars don't die but live on and keep others alive on the road, where they belong. I am working my way through a friend's loft where I stashed plenty of 9000 parts a few years ago - these will be photgraphed and catalogued in due course. Door mirrors (9000 CS/CSE/CD/CDE/Griffin) n-side ONLY I discovered a pair of these in a tea chest full of 9-5 back lights the other day. Condition is quite decent. Photos on request! LAST 1 *original* white SAAB oil filter. A remnant from the days when we ran a number of V6 NG900 & 9000s. Dry stored so excellent NOS condition. Box slightly tired but you aren't fitting that... SAAB 9000 V6 3 litre (B308) Cylinder head. Salvaged from a very good engine which had suffered a timing belt slip on the other cylinder bank. All valves good. SAAB 9000 V6 3 litre (B308) fuel rail with x6 injectors. SAAB part 4770492 and apparently compatible with 5959622 (9-5 B308E V6 Turbo) SAAB 9000 CSE (& late CDE/Griffin) front fog lamp O-Side O-Side foglamp with all mountings intact. As seen below in good order (for 15 years old) with no cracks and a decent reflector. One or two very small defects in the lens but as good as used lamps get. In dry storage for ages so you may well need a new bulb! Price including 'Signed for' postage: £14 SAAB 9000 (1995-97) CD/CDE/Griffin saloon USED rear lamp clusters (both sides available) for CS hatch back models. Good order but minus bulb holders. TO CLEAR - £8 each or just £14 for the pair plus carriage. Our very last set.
