One thing that has never really looked right is the dreary black GM Long-life oil filter.

Supplies of the original blue filters have long since dried up but now, by popular demand, the proper BLUE oil filter is available once again! Ideal for that finishing touch at that concours event. OE specification. For legal reasons, the filters do NOT have the SAAB logo but in all other respects are the same specification filters as those of yesteryear. Sensibly priced at £3.85 each

NEW parts: SAAB 900 Classic/front corner light clusters CLEAR lenses

Application: 900 Classic to 1993 including hatchback, saloon and convertible.

There are many cars running around with cracked, chipped or just plain old and faded lamp clusters.

Why not give your Classic 900 a quick facelift by fitting a pair of these US type front corner lamps with clear lenses?

Of course, purists may not be suited but this modification can be easily reversed at a later date.

Dead easy to fit with just one Torx type screw and x2 nuts for which you will require an 8mm spanner or socket to undo.

Supplied with orange bulbs. A very cost effective update at just £52 (per pair).

NEW parts: SAAB 900 Classic/headlamp wiper blades suitable for ALL Classic 900s including convertibles, hatches, Aero etc.

These are invariably in poor condition on a lot of cars and cost a fortune from the main dealer but these high quality replacements (with clips for the wiper arms).
A good deal at £15 a pair.

Special service: Classic 900 roof lining renewal using the correct Empire fabric. This is the original specification material!

Does your head lining let your car down because it looks more like the inside of a tent than the interior of a classic car? If so, you will no doubt be interested in learning that your roof lining can be rejuvenated by skilled craftsmen for less than you night imagine.

I am very fortunate to have a good friend who runs a professional interior retrimming business and he allows me to strip a car in his workshop. The headlining, sunroof panel and rear quarters are removed then cleaned thoroughly before applying 2 layers of industrial adhesive to seal the components. A final coat is applied just before Trevor does the clever work of applying the new materials to the components. I then re-assemble the car.
